The Maierl can look back on a long tradition and history. As one of the first alpine guesthouses on the mountain, it has been a rustic and cosy meeting place at 1.225 metres in the middle of the Kitzbuhel Alps since 1932. Especially the sunny terrace, with the legendary view from the large "Rettenstein" over Kirchberg to the "Wilder Kaiser", developed into a magical attraction. The Maierl-Alm and it's Chalets offer an incomparable mountain experience in a private atmosphere and cosy comfort at the proverbial highest level. Let yourself be seduced by the enchanting charm of this legendary hideaway.

The dream of ski-in & ski-out becomes a reality at the Maierl, with the ski slope on your doorstep, it's time to strap on your skis or snowboard and head down to the valley! Thanks to its phenomenal location, the Maierl-Alm and its chalets are easily accessible by car all year round. The sun-drenched Maierl-Alm is the hotspot in the Kitzbühel skiing area, enjoy a stopover in a class of its own and let yourself be spoilt by the panoramic view and the delicacies of the kitchen team on the panorama terrace.
